Flash Crash: A Thing Of The Past?

Looking back on the changes that have been implemented since May 6, 2010’s “Flash Crash”- a 10-minute downward spiral in the US Equity Market- one must wonder if we’ve made appropriate headway to prevent another such occurrence.
